About Björn - Olof

Biography

Dutch photographer Björn - Olof Dusseljee was born in 1982.
Throughout his younger years he's always been interested in photography and attended several workshops while at school about photography and developing film.
It was not until the invention of affordable digital camera's that he really stepped into photography on a more regular basis.

The first camera he could call his own was a Fujifilm Finepix S304 , a 3.2 megapixel digital camera , bought in 2003.
Bought with money saved up over time, and allready being knowledgable with computers and editing software, the stage was set to go down the path of becoming a photographer.

For the time being it stayed as just a hobby, while occasionally being asked by friends and family to take pictures for them.
Balancing his time between photography and other hobbies (gaming , reading , movies).
Eventually the Fujifilm camera would start feeling its age and break down.
Not prioritising purchasing a new camera he would eventually leave photography as a hobby for awhile.

Now without a working camera his focus would shift to his other mayor hobby : Games.
He attended the Utrecht School for Arts and Technology (USAT) for a degree in Game Design and Development.
It is during this time that he formed BOD Design & Development (formed 2015) , a company aiming to provide custom (web) design and software solutions.

In 2016 , after a lucky financial break , he would purchase a new camera : Canon EOS 80D.
And with that his passion for photography had fully resurfaced.
After a few months of building on his existing knowledge of photography and editing he registered BODusseljee Photography as a trademark under BOD Design & Development.

Current Day

Today Björn - Olof is available for hire for any of your photography needs.

When not out on an assignment you can find him either out making photos to add to his portfolio or behind his laptop editing photos.
